Trying it and using it at work

Can I try it at work before buying?
Yes. You can use it at work free for up to 30 days. There's no card, account, or sign-up.
Do I need to enter a license key?
No. Type Palette never asks for a license key and never locks features. Licensing works on trust: buy one license for each person who uses it at work.
Do free users still get bug fixes and updates?
Yes. Every update goes to everyone. Paid teams get faster replies, and the bugs they report are handled first.
What does priority support include?
We aim to reply within 2 business days, give priority to bugs you report when we plan the next update, and help with installing Type Palette on company-managed Macs. Reply times are a target, not a guarantee. Include your invoice number when you email us.
What happens if we stop paying?
The app keeps working and your snippets stay where they are. Work use is no longer covered once the license ends.

Billing and people

How do I add or remove people?
You can add people at any time and pay only for the rest of the current year. Removing people takes effect at your next renewal.
Can we get an invoice with our company name and tax ID?
Yes. Include them when you buy and they'll appear on your invoice. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you are.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of any charge — the first purchase or a yearly renewal — for a full refund. No reason needed.
